The hog roast machine comes under a small gazebo which can have the lights put in if required.
The Chef carves the Hog and waiting staff serve the food to your guests.
All the cloths that are used on the service tables are linen.
All disposable plates and cutlery are included but you can add china and silverware at an additional cost.
We always do a site visit before the celebration and discuss where you want us to serve from so when you arrive we are all set up and ready for your guests.
Guests are welcome to come and look at the pig while cooking and photos are often taken when the hog is bought out on to the carver stand. We arrive approx 2 hours before service time . Service time is approx 1 1/2 hours.
