Mr Anthony the owner of the company started in the butchers trade at the age of 11 years old working afternoon and weekends working as a helping hand.

He went on to become a qualified butcher at the age of 18 years eventually going into the catering trade training as a professional caterer starting his own catering company Anthony's Foods serving working lunches buffets and sandwiches which became very successful.

Fifteen years later started another catering company called Skyline Catering concentrating on buffets for parties, wedding parties, birthday parties, Christmas parties, school lunches and all special events again was very successful.
